i have it and like it. it's not that hard and grace's speeds are not that fast. i think she toned it down a bit because it is 60 minutes long. i would get it. her tag team with nick (can't remember which one) is really good. i pair that with itread 22 tag team for a really good workout.
I actually appreciate some of the less intense itreads on some days! You cannot push to the limit everyday-injuries occur eventually. So I own number 24 and really like it.
thanks ladies, I will definately get it along with a couple more I am looking at. One is 19, gayle had recommended that one. I have the 60 min outdoor one I think #5 and havent used that yet either.

I only run once or twice a week at most and usually do cardio in general no more then 3x per week. That being said, on the days that I get to run, pushing the limit is what it's all about for me! }( :7
Ofcourse if I am feeling very tired or am feeling under the weather I will back off.
