<-- always gets grief from 6am that <-- does the work without weights and <-- has to explain to them that they see me for only the first of three times <-- does the workout that day! :p

<-- has to get going because <-- has to be at the bootcamp office at 9 for a 3-hour "workshop" where they can tell <-- how to do <--'s job... since every other bootcamp site has lost participants, and <--'s site is the only one that has grown, it seems like a huge waste of time!
