Here's the description:
"New to boxing or a pro? This workout is for you! Jab, punch, left hook, right hook. It’s all there! Nick will break down all moves, beginning with technique and then repeat combinations to create a full body workout. This boxing workout includes 25 minutes of continuous boxing with 5 minutes of abdominal work. Videos displayed of all movement."

Where is it?

Sounds like a beginner kickboxing workout to me. Fine if you're just starting out, but pretty boring if you've already done some.
 
cathy- i have this one and i like it. works up a good sweat and esp. great when you are starting out getting your boxing form down. i use my heavy bag.
