Can i stay fit just doing squats,lunges,abs, and weights? i also walk alot at work usually 6-7 hours. i have a very wierd knee injury and can do total body but not step,high low,or kb.
I would think so sounds like all aspects the weights seem to really be the difference as we age but it si a good idea to get the heartrate up there which i find happens pretty good in lunges and squats with higher weights also step ups but that may be hard on the knee
I am no expert but this summer i biked hills and that was graet very low impact not sure if this is an option for you
i live in minnesota so that may be over for awhile if it snows but ican still og in the cold just as long as not slippery i just woke up so this is really full of errors I owrk the midnite to noon shift ok

i do have all those workouts except that i'm 2 scared 2 try plb. i unfortunately have nowhere to bike but i could do it and treadmill in the weight room at my apartment but it is very boring 2 me.
