Is this too much???

Just a quick question. I have been adding on the upper body Gym Styles after my weight workouts and I'm wondering if I'm doing too much. For instance, I've done PUB and then followed it with GS Triceps. Later in the week I did CTX Upper Body Split and then added on GS Biceps. Last night I did Power Hour and added on GS Chest.

What are your thoughts? My upper body needs definition, so this is my goal. (Just as a side note, my cardio is up there too, with plenty.)

I think doing it the way you are, just adding one body part each time (but probably not with every workout, as that could lead to overtraining from the cumulative effect, IMO) is fine, as long as you are sure to have enough recovery time factored into your rotations.
