I think the amount of cardio one needs for weight loss can vary from individual to individual, but you've got three workouts that contain cardio (SJP/Step Blast/KPC), and three weights-only workouts (SS/PP/L&G), so I think it might be enough. (Just be sure that you watch your diet as well.)
What I wonder about is how you are rotating these so that you don't work the same muscles groups two days in a row with weights, since SJP also has weight work). What you might want to do is do SJP/Step Blast/KPC/L&G every week, and add EITHER SS or PP (alternating them each week). Or, if you prefer full-body workouts, do both SS and PP in a week, and substitute L&G once in a while).
