Is this a bad idea for my legs?

On Monday, I did Kick Max with the leg drills
Yesterday, I did Butts & Guts - standing legs and abs

Is it a bad idea for me to do Body Max tonight? I'm trying to get the August rotation to fit my schedule. Yeah, I know...Kick Max and Butts & Guts aren't even in the rotation for the week I'm doing, but I like them.

I don't want to overwork my legs. Tomorrow is my rest day (but I do have a taekwondo class).
 
Donna - I think that's fine.... if you want your legs to fall off!!! :p

And how on earth does a taekwondo class = a rest day? ;-)
 
It's a lot...but that hasn't stopped people before. Just be wary that your legs are going to be toasted. Maybe the next week go a tad lighter.

typically, the TKD workout isn't as intense as a Cathe. Once in awhile, if Master Kim is feeling particularly frisky...then it will be a toughie.


Oh hey! Check it out. Last night in class, we were getting ready to do "cobra-style" pushups. It's like a cross between yoga's cobra pose and a push-up, so it's very easy. There's a young instructor, probably about 17, who flirts with me constantly. He got next to me on the floor to do the exercises and said he hated the cobra pushups. When I said, "why? they're so easy." He said, "exactly, that's why I hate them." We were told to do 30, so I popped up onto my toes for a regular straight legged pushup as a challenge to this young buck. He accepted the challenge and just about had a heart attack when the 30 were over. I wasn't even winded. I think he was quite shocked. Cathe rocks!
