The past two weeks have been very humbling for me.
Last Monday, did ME for the first time in a long time and was begging for mercy at the end...what's with all the leg presses on the six-riser step? Then that same week did MM...and was cursing at the end.
This week pulled out Boot Camp and IM2, and what was easy for me months ago definitely was not this time around. Crazy stuff!
While I love STS, I don't feel that I've improved all that much when I reach for endurance-based workouts. I haven't even reached for Coach Sean yet, and I'm sure that'll do me in!
I'm starting to think that I need to just have a permanent rotation that consists of one circuit day, one full cardio day, a yoga day, upper body day and lower body day, and maybe another cardio or yoga. Does anyone do this?
