Is it worth trying to sell old videos?

Hi:

I've got grundles of old Firms and would love to get some $$$ to putchase some new Cathe's. I checked out EBay and it seemed that they were flooded with Firms--and the bids were quite low. I also check out the exchanges on Video Fitness, but everyone there seemed to be in the same boat. Several of you have mentioned selling old videos, but is there a market for them now? Is it worth going through all that EBay stuff (I've never sold on there before)?

Thanks for your input!

I have sold many tapes that I know I will never use again on Ebay. They don't always bring that much but what they do bring I use to buy new Cathe workouts - it's better than letting them collect dust - and if it gets me one step closer to Cathe then its worth it.;-)

If you have a bunch you want to get rid of Ebay is the only option I can think of and it has worked out pretty well for me. Good luck, Wendy:)

Hi Carol F.
I have bought several used videos from ebay and from the Ya Ya's web site. So, I'd say its worth a shot. I have bought nothing for less than $8. So thats better than nothing for you.

I am not sure if you have been to the Ya Ya's site. I think the web site is something like "ezboard.com/bfirmbelivers"

The Video Fitness web site also has a link to get you there.

Happy selling!!

I just sold some vidoes on e-bay and I made $46 - figured it is better then nothing since I knew that I would never use those videos again. It doesn't really take that long to list them on e-bay. Took me about 15 minutes (and my computer is SLOW). If you know that you're not going to use them and they're just collecting dust, give it a try.
