Is it possible to become addcited to a workout video??

I think I have an addiction problem..I'm addicted to KPC...not KFC..thankfully...but KPC!!!

Yesterday, I spent a good portion of my day off cooking dinner for the Mrs. Jerry, napping, and watching TV..I was watching KPC..checking out the premixes, stuff like that.

I wonder about me sometimes!

If you posted this question anywhere but here people would probably agree with you & wonder about you too. However I would probably be safe in saying that the majority of people on this forum feel the exact same way as you do. Non-cathe folks may think we are nuts but doesn't bother me one bit & at least I'm a very fit healthy nut!

Oh, and currently Drill Max is my addiction I would love to do multiple times a week but force myself to only do it once week! :)
 
when i intially got the high step package for my 28th b-day i did a whole week and half of just using the videos and their premixes. i really enjoy HSTA and even the HSCircuit was useful with heavy weights and modifying up.

i belong to a fitnes video group on yahoo, and believe me they don't think we are crazy. many think we are GODS LOL :D. some just don't have the confidence to give themselves credit to do cathe, while others have serious medical issues that keep them from doing such workouts. i can't believe how many still stick with leslie though, i never though that whole indoor walking craze would kick off but ppl are seeing results and bless their hearts. i just don't think i could do those videos over and over myself.

HA! When I'm in the kitchen (which is ALL THE TIME), I almost always plug a Cathe DVD in the TV and blast it.....funny thing is...I can't SEE the TV from my kitchen, but I sure can hear it!

Drill Max? Really? Man, I envy you. I think that is probably my most dreaded workout, even behind Imax 3. So much jumping! It always kicks my butt, which is good, but I like choreography and I guess there just isn't enough in that one to keep me entertained so that I don't realize how hard I'm working!
 
Hehehe -- I watch Cathe cardio DVD's from my elliptical. Hey, I get a great workout with Cathe while avoiding the step!! It just doesn't get any better than that.:p
 
I did KPC for the first time yesterday morning (4:30am!!!) and I loved it! Before I started with Cathe, I did Taebo. The moves were just too balistic and his cueing was terrible (i.e. 10 roundhouses on one side, 7 on the other...awful). Plus, he was a little to preachy for me at times. So, I was a little nervous about doing KPC. The whole thing was great! Very intense, but without the knee pains. The ab workout was great too and I really felt it this morning during PLB.

Haha...this morning after doing PLB I watched a few minutes of Core Max on Fit TV (which I just got yesterday). I watched some of Rthymic Step yesterday, which is great because I don't have that one yet. It looks really fun!
 
Yes - I too watch Cathe on Fit TV after doing one of her DVD's!

Ha ha! I love watching her! and listening to her voice which is never annoying! :)
