Is it possible that maybe Thursday's Live class could be posted by at least 7pm as I sit at my computer waiting to see whether it is going to be a class I will be able to take or not? I like to know how I have to arrange my morning if I am planning on taking it Live?
Just a thought or suggestion as I like to shut down and relax a bit in the evening rather than have to stay logged in until Cathe posts........

Hi Disey! I can completely appreciate what you are requesting and I wish I could accommodate you but I honestly don’t create CatheLIVE workouts until after work on Wednesdays. Sometimes I have an idea in mind but when I go to put it together, I don’t like it, and I change directions altogether. Cathe live truly is created just hours before it’s delivered
