Is it okay to do Cardio Kicks between upper body workouts?

Hello, everyone! I need some advice. I have recently purchased Cathe's Cross Train Express,Slow and Heavy series along with Cardio Kicks/Circut Max and I have viewed all titles to come up with my own little rotation. I plan to do Slow and Heavy series first along with Cardio kicks and Circut Max plus the Firm's Tough Tape 2. If I place Cardio Kicks between the Firm(which is a total body workout) and Circut Max (which I will be replacing it's chest/back parts with Slow/Heavy)do you think that would be too much work for the upper body in 3 days? The reason why I am asking is because I just got done watching Cardio Kicks and there appears to be a lot of arm action. Does anyone know if this will cause my upper body to be overworked? Below is my future rotation. I have always found better results by working each body part three times a week.
Mon: Cardio Kicks
Tue: Circut Max + SH CST/Back
Wed: Rest
THur: SLow/Heavy Legs,Mega Step Blast,Tae Boe abs and glutes
Fri: Slow Heavy Shoulders/Triceps/Biceps
Sat: Rest
Sun: The Firm's Tough Tape 2, Tae Boe abs and glutes, + 30 minutes of biking.

Neither Circuit Max nor Tough Tape 2 are really that hard on the upper body, so I think you could put CardioKicks in there. I find it makes my lats sore, but not any other muscles. It is mostly endurance for the shoulders and triceps.

Hi, I'm not Cathe, but I have an opinion! :)
IMHO you should not put Cardio Kicks in between two upper body strength training days. It's a pretty intense workout for the upper body, and even if you plan to at first, your body might scream at you. I know it doesn't use weights, but it'll get you no less.

You know what, I think you are OK. I would say NO if you were planning to first do CM and then CK. But with CK first and being that CM and S&H is where the real strength training is it looks fine. AND you have the next day of complete rest and then the next day is only lower body. It looks good to me, only because you have given yourself adequate recovery time after those three hard efforts...Janice

Now, having any upper body strength the day after Cardio Kicks......well, someone else will have to help you figure that one out!!!!

My $.02 is that it is fine to put Cardio Kicks in there. I did a rotation to learn Cardio Kicks and Power hour where I did PH & Cardio Kicks every other day with one rest day per week and, it was a great rotation! I did it for almost 6 weeks over December2001/Jan2002 to get ready for a beach vacation and get through the holidays.

Take time to enjoy those who matter most to you & do all things in moderation :)
