is it ok?

to put in a circuit workout when doing a strength/building rotation or should i keep it seperate? for example i'm doing either S&H, GS, and PS for the following workouts (this is an example of a week without the circuit)
monday: legs: L&G, GSL, G&G, PSL etc. abs
tuesday: chest and bi's and 20 min HITT
wednesday: 45 min cardio abs
thursday: Legs (something different from monday)shoulders
friday: back and tris, 20 min HITT
saturday: 45 min cardio

this is with the circuit:
monday: one of cathe's circuits (HSC, LIC, drill max, etc)
tuesday: 30 min intervals
wednesday: chest and bi's, abs
thursday: legs and shoulders
friday: back and tri's, abs
saturday: 45 min cardio

should i keep the circuit out for after this rotation or is it ok to leave it in? i've heard that if i left it in it will make it unclear what type of workout my body is responding to best. thanks

fitnessfreak, oh wise one;-) i would love your advice:) should i keep circuits and strength workouts seperate?
