Is anyone doing the Oct. Rotation?

I like the Oct. rotation, but I am hoping to get the new dvds by the end of Oct. and I am soooo anal, if I start a rotation I have to finish it, so I'm thinking of not doing it. Maybe make up a 3 week rotation on my own, because as soon as I get the new dvds I am going to start using them!!!! I can't wait!!!!!:) What are you all doing for this month?

I am definitely thinking about doing the October rotation. I had wanted to do a one body part a day rotation with some cardio mixed in so this sounds close enough but I'm still trying to decide. I was also possibly going to do FitnessFreak's one body part a day rotation as well. Hopefully we'll be able to do a rotation with the new DVDs for November.

Okay, I think I'm going to do it just I'm going to start with week 2. That way if the new dvds come in 3 weeks I'm ready, and if not I'll add on week 1.

I'm going to try it. Anyone interested in a check in thread? I find that helps keeps me on track. I don't mind starting it if people are going to join in so I'm not talking to myself. LOL I think I'll start tomorrow as I have a busy week and might end up having to skip a day. I hate when I get behind on a rotation. Kim
 
Hey Kim. I still haven't decided yet, but if I do, I'll do a check-in with you but I'm going to start on Monday.

You know, I've never actually done a rotation. I just kinda know what I need to do each week, and plan accordingly, but am thinking that I should try one of Cathe's rotations to see if I get better results.
 
I would do a check in,- I've never done one before. But I'm not starting till Wed. but I'd check in.:)

I'm giving serious thought to following it and subbing in some of my new Tracey Staehle workouts when they arrive. That means I would have to change the order of some of the workouts in the October rotation, but I'd basically be getting in all the strength using what Cathe listed and subbing some of the ab work and cardio with Tracey's workout as well as adding in her Core Strength & Conditioning workout. Decision, decisions....

That is exactly what I am planning to do, as our DVDs should be in our hands this week.
 
I'm going to do it. I like the rotation idea, because it keeps me on track. If I think about what I "feel like" doing, I may feel like nothing and do the same. This one really mixes it up, too. Besides, it sounds like we probably won't have our DVDs until the end of the month, so this is perfect. Use the new workouts come November.
