Having made the mistake of not pre-ordering the entire series, I went online to order CoreMax. After I entered my payment info, I encountered an internal server error when the program tried to access the secure server. I called StepNMotion videos directly to order and they say they won't have the new series available for sale for 1-2 weeks. They also aren't able to contact anyone to fix the server error. This is frustrating.
