iPod

Does anyone know if Cathe's programs can be downloaded onto an iPod? I think this would be a fabulous idea for going to the gym, especially if there are no classes available during the times one goes.
Let me know!
If she doesn't have an iPod downloadable program, anyone know of any that kicks butt the way Cathe does??

Unfortunately, Cathe doesn't offer an audio guided workout at this time but you never know what the future holds! There is a forum for suggestions and it would be a good idea to post your ideas for future workouts there.
