IPOD Question - Playlists?

Hey All,

My playlists don't flow from one song to the next. Instead they return to the menu of that playlist after every song/routine. Any ideas on what button I need to push to make them flow through an entire playlist?

Sparrow, are you sure your songs are in a playlist? When I play songs sorted according to "artist" or "album", it will go back to the menu after that song or album has played, but if you organize them in a playlist, it won't, or shouldn't, go back to the menu until every song in that playlist has played. Is that clear as mud!? LOL!!!

To make a playlist, you drag songs from your main music library into a playlist on the left of the iTunes screen.

Apple has also changed the functionality of how things play/flow with their newer version of the s/w -- this may or may not be relevant for your situation, but, you may need to check the little shuffle oval and cycle through it to get on the one that means not to repeat. Sorry I'm not explaining this well. What I've found works for the way I want it (play the playlist one time and then stop) is to have the solid white oval.
