iPod HELP

I got an iPod nano for Xmas.....I have NO clue what it is or what to do with it. Now gimme an old Atari and I'm good to go but I have no clue what I'm doing with all this new technology! Should I return it??

NO!! Don't return it!! It's a music player. I'm sure it came with intstructions. It has a cable, hook one end to the ipod, one end to your computer and go from there! Do you have someone that can walk you through it? that would be the best thing.

Thanks....next question.....if I have no interest in the music player aspect of it, is it still worth keeping??

Well, do you run or use the machines at the gym (or have a machine at home)? If so, keep it and learn about the iTrain and Cardio Coach workouts which can be done on your iPod (they have some great workouts).

Also, if it's a video iPod, then Cathe's putting together a way of downloading her workouts and mixing and matching them on a video iPod. You can then connect that to your TV and have incredible mish moshes.

Thanks I actually did get Cardio Coach volumes 5, 6 and 7 for Xmas too, but still havent done them...havent figured it all out yet. I do have a treadmill and a bike at home, but have been so accustomed to doing them with no music or watching tv that I just keep wondering if it's worth the expense. I'm also wondering if for Cathe's new stuff I'll have to purchase a new tv to plug in. My tv is about 15 years old or so.
