Ipod for dummies...

Or, in my case, Dummy...this looks like something I might like. Can someone here possibly point me in the right direction to find out more info on these..my main question is..do they require a CD burner to work, that would kill any potential sale, since I don't have one.

Hi Jerry,

You don't need a CD burner for your iPod. Once you purchase your iPod, you will need to download iTunes from apple.com. This will allow you to purchase your music online. You will need to sync the iPod with your computer (plug it in to your computer - it automatically syncs for you). If you have existing CD's you want to put on your iPod, iTunes can convert the songs so you can put them on your iPod. You will need a CD drive on your computer. It generally takes about 3-5 minutes to convert an entire CD.

You also get detailed instructions with the Ipod. I found it very easy to use and I just love it. I walk and have lots of fast music to listen to.
