These two series popped up in the Daily Deals earlier so I took advantage and ordered them. I've been resistant to ICE for quite some time - not sure why since I see so many people write about how much they like it. I've had To the Mat for a long, long time, though - always enjoyed the versatility of having a floor work-only DVD. I did trial them when I had Cathe OnDemand, but I was dealing with a lower back issue at the time, so don't think I was able to get the full experience from the series as I was having to be careful of my back.
Figured I should get ICE since it pops up in a lot of Cathe's user guide rotations as a companion series to any given new series.
I got Strong and Sweaty as I wanted another series that had an emphasis on strength training. I can't remember if I trialed any of these workouts when I had On Demand - I'm assuming these workouts are perhaps more akin to XTrain's non Burn Sets upper body workouts where # of reps and rest times are concerned?
Since it's looking more and more like the LMR2 series is likely to not make it out until fall/winter, I tagged the 4-week SS/ICE rotation onto the end of my current XTrain rotation. Anyone do that rotation? It was probably a long time ago, haha!
