We picked up our new doggie today.:) She and Gilbert already get along great. They've been playing and romping and running around all afternoon and evening. They're now both completely flaked out on the floor. She's an absolutely doll. Very pretty and affectionate - loves having her belly rubbed. We took her to the park tonight where a large group of people meet with their dogs and she had a fabulous time.

Here she is. It's hard to get her to stay still for pictures!

She's adorable!! My parent's have a three year Golden Retriever named Sadie and she is (still!) a handful. Enjoy your new baby girl. BTW, Gilbert's a cutie too:) :)

Oh, what a cutie!!!! Thanks so much for sharing pics with us, Shelley. I'm so glad that she and Mr. PP get along so well, and that her personality is as sweet as her face. :D

Ha! Robyn, funny you should say that. I was doing ARX this morning and she came and plopped down behind me and rolled over to have her belly rubbed!

Robinella - she's 8 months old. She's already had a litter of puppies, poor little munchkin. And she had a bunch of fur missing when they found her, plus she's obviously had her tail broken at some point because there's a big kink in the end of it. We had a good night. She and Gilbert both slept at the foot of our bed (not ON the bed though!). I think they're already fast friends, though he does let her know who gets to go out the door first;)
 
She looks like a great little gal. I'm hoping we'll get a friend for our little dog... if we can only agree on which one!!
 
Oh my goodness... she is precious... & Gilbert is very cute too! She looks to be about the same size as my doggie. So glad you got her - saved her. She's been through a lot but she has a great home now!
