Does anyone know of a Cathe DVD which provides intense low impact step segments combined with intervals which focus on the upper body? I own Low Max, Basic Step & Body Fusion, Imax 3 & the High Step Circuit. All seem to focus on lower body strength during the step portion AND during the blasts. I would like to find one that focuses on upper body during the blast segments for a total body workout. I'm always left finished after Cathe's workouts and have nothing left to work upper body afterwards.

I want to say Body Max and Circuit Max both give you upper and lower body combined with aerobics. You would have to lower the intensity yourself, it could be done though. They are both great classics!
