Interval Workouts

I am a devoted Catheite and have been for years, however I finally
decided I needed more variety with my cardio workouts and made the plunge trying a Mindy workout. I purchased the Cardio toolbox and have been very happy with it. It is very versatile with 4 different sections- sports step, kickbox, highintensity intervals and hi-low.
Actually all of the sections incorporate an interval style. Anyway,
I find this workout to be as challenging as Cathe's interval dvd's
and I enjoy Mindy's style. Hope this helps.

Wow I know what you mean about getting bored, but I'm scared to "cheat" with another woman haha! Haven't tried Mindy yet, but I have tried other instructors and I always end up going back to Cathe. What I do when I get bored is that I start doing the old Cathe workouts. To me it's like exercising with a new instructor lol. I can always substitute an IMax for MIC, Body Max or Circuit Max for a change. It's going to take a lot of convincing for me to try a non-Cathe interval workout. I have some of Gin Miller's in a box somewhere and some others I've gotten over the years and I don't use them.

I like Interval Express and Extreme Intervals. They are both older and may possibly be only available on VHS (can't remember for sure!). But they are a lot of fun!
