Interval Max question?

Hi,
The description of Interval Max on the web page says "no tricky choreography". Do most of you agree that IM is not tricky? Although I am not in good enough shape to do IM all the way thru, I am interested in buying a Cathe tape that is intense but doesn't use much brain power. I plan to just add on a couple of intervals to the wedding video or Step Jam just to add some more intensity. I find the step section of MIC to be kinda complicated. (But I love that tape! I love the Hi/Lo section)Anyway, if I find MIC kinda complicated, will I also find IM to be complicated?
Just finished my first week of the PS series and I LOVED IT!!!!So glad that I finally gave in and bought the series! So sore also.
Thanks for any input.

You should be fine!

The trickiest parts of IMax are the short routines which preceed the interval blast. If you can do the choreography on the Wedding video and Step Jam, you should be fine! The step section of MIC is much more difficult (as far as choreography goes). IM is a toughie! The first time I tried it (and this was after using Reebok Intense Moves quite extensively) I thought Cathe was nuts! I didn't have to modify much of my workouts prior to IMax, but I still can't do IM all the way through without modifications! It is lots of fun, but don't expect to be able to keep up with Cathe & friends! I will NEVER get those DARN power scissors! UGH!!!!

Not too tricky, but...

I don't think the choreography is tricky compared to most of Cathe's other videos (although I don't have all of them). I have Step Heat, Step Fit, Mega Step Blast and Power Max in addition to IM and the PS Series. I think the step choreo in IM is less tricky than in Step Heat; however, Cathe doesn't really break down the steps at all, except in the warm-up, since a lot of the choreography during the step portions of the intervals is from other videos. I do think she did some of her very best cueing in IM. It's pretty easy for me to follow (not easy to DO, though!).

Maybe someone who has MIC can give you a better comparison on the choreo...
