International Shipping - Can't complete Checkout

I am trying to preorder and once I have what I want in the cart and put in my address there is no button tom complete checkout and I can't proceed any further. Does anyone else have this issue?

It's an issue that started about an hour ago that affects international customers only. A developer is currently working on this and we hope to have it fixed soon.

HI Hazlady, it still isn't fixed. The company that handles this end of the shopping cart is still working on this.
