:) What is a good Intermediate Step Workout DVD - Cathe or others?

I'm considering purchasing the Step from FWonline (no shipping/handling in Dec.)

Viki:

I personally recommend low impact circuit. You can adjust the intensity to your liking and I believe it only has 3 or 4 interesting ciruits before you plunge into weights only. There are no heavy bar bells on your back but you gain very well toned arms, shoulders, back and it has an awesome ab routine!!! Your legs won't miss out either because the circuits include cardio/leg drills. It's an hour and 5 or so minutes well spent. Your lungs and heart and..... will love you.

Hi Viki,

Thanks for the website and pointing out the free shipping/handling :) I am also considering ordering the Step, I left my Step with my DD in the states! I live overseas (military). I can't find the Step in Germany!

If you never done any of Cathe's DVD's, I recommend Low Impact Step & total body sculpting, Basic Step & body fusion!

Hope this helps!

If you've never done step before, I can suggest two workouts with zero learning curve at the intermediate level by non-Cathe instructors. Great Buns and Thighs by Kathy Smith and Energy Sprint by Karen Voight. Both instructors cue well and the workouts are very good. HTH.

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.
