this part is especially true!!

It's a phenomenon aptly called muscle memory. Simply put, when you teach your body how to do something—ride a bike, surf, run a few miles—it creates a physiological blueprint. So even if you take some time off, you'll get back to where you were faster than it took you to learn the exercise in the first place
! When ever I would take a month ( or so ) from exercising, I would remember that trying to get back into it wouldnt be as bad as I thought because of "Muscle memory"! truly amazing!! Great article.

ps...speaking of that tool in tuscon, did you get a load of that MUGshot?? that is one disturbed individule there!:mad:
