Hi Everyone,
Does the Maximum Intensity premix include the Boot Camp bonus section? I'm trying to plan how much time I need for the workout plus Boot camp.

Read your post, Roz. Decided I hadn't done Intensity in quite awhile. Did Maximum Intensity last night. All I can say is wow, It is appropriately named. I think I need to be pushed around in a wheelbarrow today. Unfortunately, I've had no offers.
