I started this rotation last week. I would like to know how long do you stay on it? Two weeks or four? Any responses would be welcomed.

Barbara:)

I think you could do this rotation for 4 weeks, or 2 weeks, or maybe even 6 or 8 weeks. I've seen other posts when people ask how long they should be on a rotation, and the response generally is for you to do it as long as you feel good, and depending on the results you are getting. I've seen others post that they do a Strong & Heavy rotation for as many as 8 weeks, and that seems more intense than this one.

Try this rotation for 2 weeks, evaluate how your body feels, then continue for another 2 weeks if all is going well.

Lisa,

Thanks for the response. I don't want to get bored so I don't think I will do the rotation with the same videos for 4 weeks. I think what I'm going to do is do the rotation, but change the videos every week. Thanks for your help.
