intense non complicated step video ANY SUGGESTIONS

LOOKING FOR INTENSE STEP VIDEO. I LOVE HER FIRST STEP VIDEO, NEED SOMETHING EASY TOO FOLLOW BUT INTENSE, ANY SUGGESTIONS
 
Interval Max (on the same disc as Rhythmic Step and Maximum Intensity Cardio).

Very basic choreography, nosebleed intensity interval blasts.

I-Max 2 (on the same disc as Cardio & Weights) and I-Max 3 (stand-alone workout on one disc) are also step interval workouts; the choreo on each of these is a tad more complicated but that's never stopped me - I just do power 7's when I can't get the footwork.

Hey A-Jock...this is Kristen...wondering if you have come up with any devilish mish-moshes lately? I am really enjoying the 4D cardio--boot camp and kickboxing. Haven't really had the time to learn the choreography of the step yet, though, because of school & I am just recoverying from an injury. I have come up with some wild new things I never thougt of before. I am truly loving it!! }( }(


Did you order STS? I did, looks awesome

Hey, Kristen - actually, I don't think I've come up with any mish-moshes since Christmas (I think I cooked up a witch's brew with 4DS Boot Camp, original Boot Camp and something else). I seriously, seriously like 4DS Boot Camp's cardio drills, and 4DS-Kickbox cardio and core routine.

However, since you seem to like pain so much, try this one on for size (brings in some oldies but goodies):

Circuit Max warm-up and two hi/lo cycles, fast-forwarding through the first resistance cycle; THEN
CTX 10-10-10 hi/lo segment; THEN
I-Max 3 blast only premix OR
HSTA blast only premix PLUS Body Max 2 Power Circuit cardio from Cardio Fusion (this one omits the resistance cycles).

Or how about this:

CTX 10-10-10 warm-up and kickbox; THEN
KPC medium and high intensity drills (omitting warm-up); THEN
Kick Max Blast Challenge; THEN
4DS-Kickbox cardio

Or how about this:

4DS-BC warm-up and cardio; THEN
Original Boot Camp cardio only premix; THEN
Drill Max cardio from Cardio Fusion.
