Insanity Rotation Poster

I was just looking at the rotation that came with the set that is on the poster. Since I don't see a DVD listed called "Cardio Circuit" I'm assuming that "Cardio Circuit" is the same as "Plyometric Cardio Circuit" and on a couple of the blocks they didn't print the word "Plyometric". Anyone agree??

I caught that to. I agree.
Since there is no other cardio circuit, I take it as plyo cardio circuit.
