insanity+rear delts(or burn set shoulders skipping over head press)
hardstrikes+bi challenge
afterburn/css/ or insanity
I may repeat it after the beach
it was fun though i didnt totally follow the rotaion because of medical issues.
i rarely do a day of just legs because i get enough from cardio.
