Good Morning Y'all,

I did MIP this morning. It took a bit for me to get into this one, but I felt good afterwards. I have a hard time believing I'll be able to beat my 4th fit test results, but I'll be sure to give it H$LL. :D

Roselyn, I love to see your enthusiasm. It reminds me of how I felt up until about a week ago. :eek: Go get em!!

Regina, What have you done for cardio (besides MIST) since you finished the rotation?

Marrianne, I know what you mean about form on MIP. I know my form has improved, but my power push-up and balance push-up are still pretty pathetic... Keep at it, you'll get better.

I'm done with Insanity!!!!

Hi to all the Insane girls :p
I just wanted to post that last Saturday was the 2th Happy's day of the month, yay that was my last workout day, I was so thrill that i finish the 2th month, pretty tired though, but any ways.
The best part is that at the end of the 2th month i did all the push ups on my toes, I did good in the moving push ups, I haven't done the test i did not do any of them only the first one, i did not loose that much weight 3 pounds, but my arms got better not what I want yet:( but I will continue to work for what i want, my core got tight and i'm so glad, nothing will fix my problem( but tummy tuck) after 4 pregnancies i'm just glad for what I have:D
Next week I will do Cathe rotation x October that is just what I need.. go back to lifting weights with STS..:p;)
But will continue to grab Insanity for cardio days with out a doubt.:D
 
I am Beyond Insane

Dawn- I have only done MIST since finishing. My Bronco kicks are indeed very sad! I plan to do Pure Cardio and Insane Abs this evening. I thought about doing Kenpo X but Shaun T has spoiled me. I am in the second phase of my P90x rotation. I did legs and back today.

Eunice- congrats on finishing! Great job on the pushups. Have you done Insane ABs? I also like Ab ripper X. I think that both of them are fantastic Ab workouts.

When I did MIST I was suprised at the longer rest periods. I was all ready to go and Shaun was still talking! Insanity has really done the job for me in terms of heart rate recovery time.

Since finishing Insanity a couple of weeks ago, I have incorporated 2 if the workouts per week into my routine. I just can't walk away completely!! I just started STS again and plan on using Insanity for the leg workouts in Meso 2 as well as for 2 cardios a week during meso 1.... this series sure is a winner!!
My answers to the fill in the blanks:
1.) you want to do more tuck jumps because your abs are looking so good!!!
2.) you look forward to those side-lying pushups in month 2
3.) you miss the dripping sweatfest and Shaun saying "come on y'all, you can friggin do it!"

To all the Insanitinas in the home stretch of month 2.... I think every "graduate" had a rough week during month 2. Our bodies have been pounded for so long, but as long as one just keeps giving it their best effort, the feeling after that last workout is so awesome!!!!

Your so right Insanity has really done the job for me in terms of heart rate recovery time.

Yesterday I went to the gym I did 65 min Elliptical cross country, I was very nice surprise that my endurance was on the top of the moon,
I burn 700 cal. did 7 miles and my HR was perfect not running out of breath (singing with my ipod);) like months ago before doing Insanity I did push as hard as can be you know the level was 18 the highs and i was able to do it with out dieing, I end up like if some one has pour a pocket of water on me but i was fine. :)
Regina: I only have the basic Insanity and I did the X ripper from P90X,
My answer:
1- when you look forward to do power knee /4 diamond jumps.
2- when you go to the gym and see everyone else running out of breath.
3-when i can't wait to go back and do the plank punches .(my favorite so far)..:)
