Colleen - yeah, almost done with M1. I’m really digging M2 as I’ve mentioned a few times already :p

Sandra - love that back from the dentist clean feeling. Yeah for your PC improvements!! :D

Good FRIDAY morning to all,

I did CCB and Pure Strength CST today. Those hip flexor burners still get me.
I think I'll do one more CCB tomorrow and then do the Fit Test on my rest day Sunday.

Colleen, CR and CCB together. That's actually a good idea. I bet they compliment each other quite well.

Sandra, ^^^5's to you too for your PC performance. :cool:
 
Hi Everyone!

I did PC & CA today. I am stuffy and I had to stop before the push up jacks so I could catch my breathe before going to the floor. Other than that I did pretty well. I also did GS Bi's and Tri's.

Sandra, great job with PC yesterday. I have my tooth cleaning the end of Sept.

Dawn, I really enjoy CCB too. I don't think I can do it 6 days in a row so I may add some kb or step next week.

Off to physical therapy. I hope my pt will let me start running again. I think I am ready.
 
Good evening YA'LLLLL!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! (love that yell).

Yup, I did Cardio Power & Resistance this afternoon, followed by STS Disc 24: back. I'm officially done STS Meso 2! And that was THE LAST TIME I have to do CPR! :eek: I will take a week off of weights, which will bring me up to my Insanity Recovery Week. During that week I'll do the Insanity Upper Body workout three times. Then I will start Insanity Month2, and either redo STS M2 one part/day, or do M3 upper body workouts (2 per week), or some other series, or nothing at all. I'll decide when I get there.

I strained my lower back yesterday afternoon, in the Pure Cardio warm up. It's pulled muscles. I feel much better when I keep moving around and don't give it a chance to stiffen up. Which, ironically, means that doing a workout today is what I needed. I've been taking anti-inflammatories. I've had this happen before, more than once, and it will gradually go away over the next few days.

Tomorrow is my aquafit and cyclefit teaching day. I'll pick up Insanity on Sunday, with Plyo Cardio Circuit.

Oh jeepers, DH just told me supper's ready. I'll come back later for personals!!
