Insanity nine weeks completed this week! I thought it would be best to wait a few days before taking the final fit test because the last week of Insanity is tough!! I will take the final fit test tonight.

Saundrta- I received the 3 additional deluxe disc yesterday. I too plan to do Max Int Sports training tomorrow. Now that I have completed Insanity I am definitely having Insanity withdrawal.

Cindy- I drink a Whey Protein and yogurt shake after each Insanity workout

Marianne- way to go only nine days left!! Tell us your results when you finish!

Good Saturday evening, Ya'll!

I did MIST for the first time today. Whew!!! That's a pretty unfair "substitution" for Core Cardio and Balance! LOL! CCB gives a mild glow. MIST gives a full-on sweatfest. I really enjoyed it, though. Really, really did. I loved the boxing segment at the start. Not too intense. The football drills felt the hardest to me, with the basketball being a close second. The gymnastics drills were oodles of fun, and the track & field drills were off-the-charts fun. 2 mins of suicides was just mean, and I guffawed really loud when Shaun hauled that guy off the sidelines and pulled him back into the workout. "You don't need a rest! You don't need water!" LMAO!! I guess when Shaun says Suicides, he really means it! I thought Shaun's coaching during the Track & Field ladder drill was excellent. You can tell that's his specialty.

So, I have 3 days of Insanity left: MIP (ugh!), MCC (yay) & Insane Abs (?? first time), and the Fit Test (really? do I have to?). As much as I enjoyed today's workout, I have to say I'm NOT looking forward to MIP tomorrow. I'm very ready to be done with these constant high intensity workouts. I need a break, mentally more than anything else. It's hard to work myself up to it each and every workout. I'm going to just shut off my brain and keep pushing play. Just keep pushing play. Just keep pushing play. Can someone give me a kick in the pants? I'm almost there!

Regina - How'd your Fit Test go? How'd you like MIST?

Roselyn - I'm glad you're addicted! LOL! I know I'll miss these workouts, once I've had a bit of a break from them. Actually, I started missing the M1 workouts about 2 weeks ago. I like how short they are. And something about Pure Cardio really clicked with me. I'd be curious to do them again now, and see if they were any easier after a month of the M2 workouts.
