Good Morning!

Just a quick post to get us started. I had to come to work at 6:30 for a flight, doing this, then heading home again.

Im going to post this then start with personals and hope that I don't get to many interuptions. My coffee is kicking in and there are still crew here....... Hurry up and leave already!

Morning Peeps! (DH isn't awake to laugh at me so I can use that word! )

As predicted, I didn't have the chance to do Max Recovery y'day. That's okay though. My bigger problem is weather or not I will have time to squeeze in my work out today before we head down to AC. I have to work this morning, pack, take the dog to the kennel, clean up the house, yadda yadda yadda. Nope, not even CONSIDERING working out this morning. I told ya, I can't even contemplate Shaun T. before 7am!

Lori:: My dog is like that too so I hear ya! He will get right in your face if he wants attn and lift up your hand with his paw until you pet him or tell him to go away. He's a big mush ball. I love him to pieces but it certainly CAN become too much at times.

Jacque:: Thanks, I am so ready to be done with the gym job. I want to make better money and this is my chance. So you had a busy week, huh? It happens. We forgive you for not checking in. First day back with Shaun was tough? I hear ya but it's like riding a bike. You'll be fine!

Jen:: Look at my friends list. You can find Shaun T. there. Click on him and then you can friend him. MR is KILLER, ey? I did that work out once during month 1 and had sore obliques for THREE DAYS!!!!

Laura:: Thanks for the winning vibes. My MIL was in AC last weekend and couldn't lose! I hope the same thing happens to me!!!! Um yeah, we could have told you that doing ANY Insanity work out after plyo class is not a good idea! LOL Hope you had fun at the cook off!

Diana:: Congrats on another pound down! Slow and steady loss is the way to go!!! You are not the only one with sore triceps. Mine are still sore from MIP!!!!

OMG I am suddenly STARVING! Gotta go but I'll BBL!

"Oh my" is all I have to say. Im not sure what the refuler is doing out there. He is hobbling back and forth and taking his sweet time putting fuel on that thing.

Anyway...yesterday I attempted a workout but it wasn't very successful. I did 4DS bics,tris and abs and then I was going to do some form of cardio. DS let me do my house work without complaining (in his language) so I knew I was pushing it with a workout...he was bored. I did look through my workouts but nothing wasn't interesting me so I gave up. Now I will go 3 days with no cardio before my race I think I took 2 days rest last yr....but holy cow batman...3 days??? Ive gone insane I think the last time I took 3 days off was when DS was in the hospital in march month.

So I work all day, then tonight I am hoping to watch DD play v-ball. We will be leaving early in the a.m to go to the city and then my race starts sunday morning at 8 a.m. I should be able to get to FB on my blackberry but I can't figure out how to post on this site yet.

Wendy** Your to funny! So I guess you are having lots of sex these days if your burning dem many cals! Do you have any plans for this weekend?

Jacque** Your water story sounds alot like the ones I have experienced...except for the missing dog Its funny how animals can pretend as if nothing happened.And YES...CAN HE DO THE FULL WORKOUT? I think we are in better shape then him.

Laura** How was the cook off, sounds like fun. I hope you don't have a big head with all those CABS last night. I know, I have to many people around me. I don't think I will know the dif until we actually have the house to ourselves. If there was annoying people around I wouldn't be so good with it. I know that once our friend is divorced she will be out of our house and remarried in no time, I figure by this spring.

Jen** I managed to clean yesterday but it won't last long. I asked the girls last night the same question and they all agreed. One of my friends said that she is gone on strike b/c no one else does anything in her house.

O.k...my plane is getting ready to leave. I managed to get this done with minimum interuptions.

Hi ladies,

Today was MIP. I didn't sleep much last night but did as best as I could being sleep deprived. I think this might be my favorite of M2 w/o so far.

Wendy&Jen-you need to give me the details of MR since I missed it this week. I may try to do it tomorrow. We are meeting with our life insurance guy and then have jerod's football game so who knows if I'll get to it or not.

Lori-I think you need to rest so your body will be fully prepared for your hellish hilly race on Sunday! Hope you have a great time in the city and the weather is awesome for your race.

Wendy-No worries about taking a rest day. It's really not worth rushing around and getting flustered trying to fit everything in today...before you leave for AC. WIN BIG!!

Jacque-wow, it sounds like you had quite the flashflood going on. Good to hear the dog is okay and didn't get sucked away. How scary that must've been to watch.

Jen-where are today??? I saw you on FB pretty late last night...maybe you slept in! You and Wendy certainly have warned me enough about MR, hopefully I can get to that this weekend.

Laura-can you move your body today??? I would be surprised if you said no with your own plyo w/o's on top of Insanity. Any fun plans for the weekend.

Well ladies, no work out for me AGAIN today! I didn't even pack clothes to exercise in AC. THIS.IS.NOT.GOOD.!!!! I am going to have mega serious damage control to do this coming week! YIKES!!!!!!

Hey girlies!!

TGIF!!!! woohooo ... the Wildlife cookoff was good .. but it was raining ... so that put a damper on it .. but CABS were flowing freely .. and my head is swollen this morning ... I am getting too old to consume over a couple and go to work .. we were home by 8:30 too .. go head say .. WHIMPY WHIMPY WHIMPY POOCHY!!! They had a silent auction and they had some NICE painting .. DH bought me one it was an authentic painting of the Auburn Football stadium.. packed .. w/an image of a Tiger walking on top over the crowd/field .. AWESOME .. we got it for $160 .. it is valued at $300 ... already framed .. EVEN better!!! It wasnt a large crowd so the bids were low!!!!

Wendy .. sending good winning money vibes!!! go get 'em girl!!! have fun . and I think I see some cash and chocolate martinis in your future!!!

Lori ... sending good race day vibes to you .. take your rest so you can rock that race!!!! I know you will!!!!

Jacque .. OMG what a story of the rains and the poor dogie .. I bet your heart did a flip flop .. and KUDOS to the DH .. he is a HERO!!!!! I would have had a heart attack!!!! ya .. after a day like that screw exercise .. time to kick back w/a CAB and call it a night!!!

Di .. I am NOT sore .. figured I would be .. but nope .. had a little twingy in my shoulders .. but that was it .. but I am going to make sure NOT to do Insanity back to back to my plyo class unless it is a recovery one .. usually I have 4 step class on TUE which allows me to do Insanity on my off WEd ... but I changed it this week ... but believe me it is engrained in my head .. NO MORE plyo/Insanity back to back ... I am not THAT insane.. LOL!!!

so today is dreary and wet .. and cooler .. only 62 out .. and supposed to get down to 45 tonight .. I kinda didnt believe that it would get that low .. but as cool as it is now .. and the wind blowing . and the drizzly rain .. I think it IS gonna get that cold .. and just in time .. Tmrw is the start of bow season for deer .. yes hunters are all over the woods .. and SIL will be one of the crazies out there tmrw before daylight she LOVES it!! OK . I gotta run .. everyone have a great day .. and wonderful weekend .. I plan on exercising .. cleaning ... enjoying DATE NIGHT EVERY night this weekend .. watching Auburn WIN .. WARRRR EAGLE .. and maybe a bit of gambling .. have a great one!!!
