Good Morning Girls.

I think the dreaded TTOM pounds are starting to pile on. ICK. I hate when that happens. :(

So today was supposed to be weights day (full body) but at least at this point I think I am still too sore to pull that off so I will do Pure Cardio if I don't want to lift.

Off to get more coffee. I'll be back once others start to pop in! :)
 
Good Morning!

Im not going to make it through this day on only 4 hours of sleep. The last 4 people left at 4 and DS was awake at 8 :confused: Could have been worse...could have been 6 or 7! :eek: Im letting DS sleep now and if I want, I will go back to bed when he gets up:) I only had 3 coolers from 9-4....so Im not hungover....just tired! I think I need more foffee.

So there are no plans here today.I am thinking about putting up the tree today. I have a artifical one in the family room and a real one in the living room. Obviously I cant put up the real one although its nice to put both of them up at the sametime cause I get confused with what ornaments go where!

Im not sure what my workout will be today. If I do anything it will be just cardio and abs and will be done after nap time!

Lori:: Wow you hang out with some serious late night partiers, huh? lol You shoulda kicked their azzes out the door earlier OR made DH stay up with them alone while you went to bed! :p Hope you get that nap in!
 
Wendy** Yeah, people around here don't know when to call it a night. of course, the remaining 2 couples didn't have any kids and were all shift workers so I guess they don't see any harm in staying up late. Isn't TTOM fun?!:mad: Last week this time I was sooo bloated so I knew it was coming. I hate feeling like that.

Still waiting for DH to get up. Im gonna give him a few more and then its his turn to get out of the bed and Im getting in

Well I went for cardio today. Just couldn't fathom lifting today. No way. No how! :eek: Traded in Cardio Abs for Insane Abs and did it FIRST so that I wouldn't bail on it. WOWZERS! Skipped the w/u and stretch of PC since I was quite warm from IA. KICK AZZ work out I tell ya! I am beat up good! :D Time for a shower!

Hi Ladies,

After running some errands yesterday I just wasn't in the mood to workout. I used to love doing long workouts on the weekends and lately I've been blowing off those opportunities. It'd be different if I was doing something else productive, but I haven't been.

I'm heading down after this post for MM and Lowmax. I've been wanting to add lowmax in and today is the perfect opportunity. I think tomorrow will be Imax 3...such a fun workout.

Lori-Wow, only 4 hours of sleep...hope you get a long nap in so you can do your workout later today. You are the energizer bunny, and never seem to miss a workout for any reason. We will be putting up our tree this Friday. My biggest concern with traveling over the holidays is the weather..which could cause delays and I need to be there in time to fly back with DS and the girls. I'm leaning towards xmas eve but need to have that discussion with DH.

Wendy-nice job getting that workout done today! I struggled through insane abs once...may get back to it again later. Now I'm focusing on strenght, and trying to do abs 3 times per week using Coremax and ARX.

Hope the rest of the gang is enjoying the remainder of the weekend.

Well, since I'm new to this check-in group, here's a little about me... I'm a 31-yr-old SAHM to two sweet kids, DS (4) & DD (3). DH & I have been happily married for 7 years and live in UT... not too far from SLC & Park City. In addition to Cathe and other fave instructors, I ♥ triathlon & yoga to keep in shape. I used to post with Wendy in the (sadly now-extinct) Cheetah group. Right now I'm sort of hit & miss with workouts because I'm almost 4 mo. preggers with twins. :eek: I will try to post regularly, but some weeks will probably be better than others.

That said, I made it to the gym with DH yesterday!!! **happy dance**
Just for some incline walking on the TM and some time on the EXT, but it felt awesome. I am so happy to be out of the horrible fatigue & nausea 24/7 stage.

So, Wendy, I totally caved and got Insanity & CLX a little while back. ;) I'm hoping the shorter workouts will fit better into my limited schedule once the little ones arrive. Thanks for all the enabling!!!! :D

Well, that's it for me right now... Just wanted to pop in and say hi! I've missed the boards-- it's been awhile!

Okay ladies, I can finally post that I worked out!!! I did MM and lowmax as planned and I feel awesome!! I need to shower and move on to some housecleaning, bill paying etc. I feel so much better now that I've worked out.

Welcome Brighton to our check-in. How exciting to be having twins! We are a diverse group in all stages of life. I'm 44, work full time in IT and have 3 sons and twin granddaughters! Several of us just finished up the 2 month Insanity rotation....and Wendy is starting another round:confused: Feel free to pop in when you're feeling up to it or have a spare minute or two. I'm sure you have your hands full with your kids most days.

Hi Girls!

So at 11 I kicked DH out of bed and I crawled in until 1. I sooo needed that. But when I woke up DH and DS were gone. My inlaws called and wanted to take him for the afternoon...why didn't they call at 8 this morning is my question! :rolleyes: After my nap I did some laundry and cleaned up a bit. Then I did some ab work and a 5 mile run on the TM. Im not sure what we are doing for dinner. My inlaws invited us out there but at the same time she suggested that we stay home so that we can eat in peace. But it is now 5 and I don't have anything taken out so i have a feeling we will be heading out for dinner!

Diana** The weather is so unpredictiable this time of year isn't it? Its kind of hard to make any plans for travelling. Its been snowing the last 2 x's we had to hit the high way. Hope you are getting a good workout in!

Brighton** Oh my:eek: Twins???? I am getting tired just thinking about that. Are you nervous/ excited? Hopefully you will get to check in with us quit frequently!

Alright...I may be back later. DH is gathering up the christmas decorations for me so I may be putting up one tree later!
