Well, I guess a good way to drop 2# over night is to not eat.
I didn't have much of an appetite y'day at all. My calorie count was waaay low compared to normal and consequently I was at a new all time low this morning. Ofcourse I didn't do it on purpose to drop the weight and of course I know I will eat the loss right back on (well at least a pound of it anyway) but it was nice to see regardless! LOL
So I did ME Express premix this morning. I had never done it before. It's not bad. Nice way to hit all body parts in less time. I skipped the push ups and the abs though.
I don't have time for personals right now. In fact, I don't even know if I have anything to catch up on. I can't remember if I caught up last night or not!
Yeah, I was TIRED! LOL Thankfully I was in bed at 9:30 and out like a light with no problems last night. Consequently I was up before my 5am alarm this morning but that's okay...it was only about 10 mins early. No biggie.
Okay, I'm outta here for now but I'll BBL!
