Input please, so confused....

I have started using the TLT's along with my Cathe workouts and find that they have enhanced my Cathe workouts. I'm not burned out, feel stronger, and am worked in a completely different way from Cathe. They are challenging workouts but I find them to be very knee friendly and found many neglected muscles to be strengthed from their use, helping me improve in my usual mode of training. 'Just a thought if you are having knee trouble. You might want to alternate 2 or 3 weeks of Cathe with 1 or 2 weeks of workouts that are challenging but completely different from Cathe.
