I would also like to know this! Mine are much better since adding in the weight portion of PLB twice a week. Or is it better to do more floor type excercises?
I would highly recommend this rotation if you can folllow it. I did it myself & had excellent results. I work out all the time & at high intensities so when I just stepped back & allowed Cathe to TELL ME what to do each day I can guarantee I had RESULTS. But your diet is all-importtant. If it is not good it will cover up any gains you have made.
