I did something while working out this weekend, I had done KPC and a 30 minute floor hip, thigh, butt workout and Sunday I did Tear It Up from Debbie's slim series and then the leg drills from Kick Max. Sometime Sunday my inner thigh groin muscle on my left leg starting really hurting... so, to my horror I realized I'd have to take Monday night off and already had to take Tuesday due to prior plans. So along came Wednesday night and I figured I should take it easy so I did Tamilee Webb's Cardio Blast followed by 30 min Bun Shaper from Beach Body... well, guess what??? Stupid me not realizing exactly what move had caused the pain to begin with since it didn't hurt until late Sunday well after my workout,pulled the muscle again while STRETCHING (runner pose lunge stretch -not sure exactly what it's called). I could barely lift my leg to get into bed last night but used a BENGAY patch and it was much better this morning. I've never injured myself before so not sure how long I should take it easy to prevent any long term problems. I know nobody is a doctor or can give medical advice but just asking for some opinions since I'm sure somebody has had this happen to them... HELP!!!! The thought of not working out just makes me sad.
