Hi, all. I posted a few weeks ago on the General Iofo forum about what Cathe's I can do during pregnancy and got some great responses -- I had just found out I was prego with my 2nd. Now, at approx. 8 weeks, I have injured my sacrum, right above my illiac nerve and my doc says I may have to be rehabbed! Ick! I have gone from working out 4-6x per week with classic Firms, Cathes and TLPs to being totally sidelined for the past month and not being able to do ANYTHING except walking (boring...and it still makes my back and butt sore) and swimming on those rare ccasions when I can access an indoor pool. Needless to say, it SUCKS.
Now, I am trying to ease my way back into working out so I don't have to be rehabbed and I can still get the mental health benefits of exercise during this time of raging hormones. Any suggestions for some easy beginner-light intermediate w/os that aren't really boring but have simple moves or moves that are easy to modify? I have the beginner Firm Basics from a few years ago and some of the newer easier Firms, but the only Cathes I have are the hardcores and high step circuit. Any recommendations for some good beginner Cathes that would fit this bill???
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!
