Incredible Hulk? Not!

Hi all,

I'm new to the crew and I just started Cathe about 2 weeks ago. I have 60lbs that I have to get away from, alot of the weight is in my arms so I'm afraid if I start weights on my arms I'm going to look like the Incredible Hulk. Should I wait until I slim down before I add weights? I would like for my arms to be slim and toned, not cocky.

Do not wait to start weight training!!! It is a very important part of any exercise program. Go the endurance route (lighter weight/higher reps) with your upper body weight work if you build muscle easily and don't want that. Weight training helps to drop body fat. It's just as important as cardio.
