Cathe: how long should I do a certain strength tape before I switch tapes for "muscle confusion?" In other words, how do I know if i should just increase the weight with the tapes I'm doing (right now, I'm doing Pure Strength series) or change to another tape (e.g., Slow and Heavy?). thanks!
