Increase weights or new rotation?

Cathe: how long should I do a certain strength tape before I switch tapes for "muscle confusion?" In other words, how do I know if i should just increase the weight with the tapes I'm doing (right now, I'm doing Pure Strength series) or change to another tape (e.g., Slow and Heavy?). thanks!

Hi Lynne! There is no exact answer on time. If you are enjoying your current rotation and adding weight sparks a new challenge, then that is plenty change. If however, the routine is becoming too predictable or the results are slowing down, then change into a different workout series. Good Luck!
