Imax 3 or Low Max

I am adding interval training to my rotation next month, but the only Imax workout I have right now is Imax 2. I would like to add on of these. I'm a bit afraid of Imax 3 from reading how tough it is--but in a way that just makes me want to conquer it more. On the other hand, I wonder if I should get a lower impact workout like Low Max since I just don't really have many. Can anyone give me their thoughts on the 2 to help me decide? I realize I will eventually end up with both of them, but which do I need first.
Thanks!!

Personally, I like to alternate one of the IMAX's with LoMax when I do 2 interval workouts in one week. LoMax is definitely interval training, but nicer to my knees, and it's a great lower body workout (more so than any of the IMAX's). And I've done it a zillion times and never get bored of it. So I think it's definitely the one to get first.

I love both IMAX 3 and Low Max, but if I had to pick one to alternate with IMAX 2 I would go for Low Max first. Don't get me wrong, I think you'll love IMAX 3:) Low Max is definitely fun and lower-impact!

I have to agree with the other posters...Lo Max is a great video..and kinder to the joints...I like Imax 3, but prefer Lo Max on my alternate interval days. I rotate the 3 Imaxes for my high impact interval with Lo Max and Step Blast..Anyhoo..happy shopping and good luck!!!:)

Definitely Low Max. It is a wonderful workout.

IMAX 3 is too much high impact and to be honest, I could not do it and I had no desire to try.

IMAX 3 is too much for my 52 year old body!

I've been physically active all my life and now my body is feeling it!

I love IMax 3. For me Low Max is too "torquey" and hurts my knees more than IMax 3, but I'm weird. I can handle high impact - I can't handle the pivots and turns.
