I've had pain in my joints every morning for the past week!! My ankles, knees, left elbow, and left wrist have been killing me, and preventing me from doing my workouts!!! The pain is at it's worst after lounging or sleeping!! I wake up and hobble over to turn off the alarm. It seems like it all began after I was jumping on our trampoline one morning because I didn't have time for a Cathe vid. Also, I recently became a lacto-ovo vegetarian so I don't know if I'm missing some type of vitamin and that's causing my pain or what. I miss working out with Cathe each morning and to top it off: I've gained weight!!x( I was at Kohls yesterday trying on clothing and everything was too snug!! Please keep me in your prayers everybody, because I'm really hoping this is nothing serious!! I'm going to the doctor this next week. I was hoping this was the result of a lousy mattress, but I just got a brand new bed and was as sore as ever this morning. x( Well, thanks for listening everyone.
