I'm so sore.... :(

Dear god, please someone help me. I did the 4DS Kickbox yesterday and the leg section killed me. I haven't done legs in a little while and so I knew I'd be sore but I can barely move. I look so ridiculous trying to walk around at work. Everything hurts. I just want to go back to bed and wake up when the DOMS are gone...

Good to know what I've got on my horizon for Friday morning. I'm planning to do this one on Thursday night! Friday is casual day, so I can wear comfortable shoes...
 
I am so glad to know I am not the only one. I did kickbox on Saturday. I started it, and thought 'when is this going to get tough? My heart rate isn't up'. Towards the end I was sweating and didn't even realize it, I was so involved in the workout. I was sore yesterday, and I am still even sore today. My arms are really hurting! It is a great workout.
 
Yikes, I have this one planned to do today. Now I'm a little nervous!

No, no, don't be nervous! Like I said, I haven't done legs in at least a week and a half and I think that's why I'm so sore. My upper body isn't as sore at all. The KB itself was so incredibly fun. (And I HATE kickboxing!) I had such a fun time doing it. The leg work was great to. I'm just really feeling it today since I hadn't done leg work in a while.

Have fun doing it. It's quite a gem!

Sore is GOOD! :p I always feel like I've accomplished something major when I have DOMS. Enjoy it while it lasts! :)

I really love the KB portion too. I just wish it was about 20 minutes longer. ;-)
