Have you ever been at the point that you are doing an exercise routine one week and totally change it the next. I think I want to do a routine for a while but after a week I want something else. For instance last week I was going to do total body three times a week for about two or three weeks. Well after doing ph and part of SS I just didn't want to do it any more. Now I want to go back to gymstyles tomorrow and wondering if I will stay with that.
How can I stick with something for at least three weeks? I want to do something long enough to see results. Has anyone been this way before?
