Hello all!

I was a Cathe forum member back in 2003 when I discovered her incredible videos and became an instant fan. Attended her Road Trip in 2004 and met some life-long friends. Cathe became a huge inspiration for me so soon afterwards I became a personal trainer as well as a bootcamp instructor. In addition I created a membership group called FitBusinessWoman and have also founded an association for other women to help build, grow, and manage their fitness business. After saying goodbye to 20+ years in the corporate world, this has become my life's full-time passion!

What a wonderful success story! Good for you! I've only been with Cathe since February of last year! I'm a few weeks away from my one year anniversary!

Hi Angie,

What an awesome story!! You may very well have inspired me to renew my Personal Training Cert. I worked hard at it a few years ago, got a great score on the written test but still felt like I wasn't perfect enough and definitely did NOT have the confidence to train people. don't look like Cathe' or other trainers I have seen. I'm just kind of your normal looking gal who still needs to lose the "baby weight" from my seven year old. After all, who the heck am I to teach people when I myself am not perfect looking and may stumble or goof up or worse, cause injury to my clients.

Ya got me thinking', girl!!
