I just wanted to update those of you who answered to my "CAN'T STAY MOTIVATED" post. As of last week I rejoined the gym. I know I said I couldn't afford it but once I thought about it the reason why I quit was because I was burned out and didn't enjoy going anymore and couldn't see spending money on something I wasn't using.
Instead of trying to focus on a whole week's workout I'm going to only focus on that day. I'm starting out with going 3 days a week and switching the classes I take so I don't get bored again.
Anyway, I appreciate all the advice and it really did motivate me to keep going and not give up.
